The shoulder season is nearly over. We have Thanksgiving week to get us back into the flow and then a short break the first 2 weeks of December before the season truly begins.
Before the holiday noise kicks in, you’ve got a chance to make a few small shifts that’ll go a long way. No overhauls. No pressure.
Just three simple things that’ll leave you feeling more prepared—and less panicked—when the rush hits.
Check your website, your bio, and your last few posts. Do they reflect what you really want people to know right now?
Make one small update. That’s it. Clean, clear, and done.
They don’t need to be polished. They just need to be real.
Set your phone on a steady surface and talk to the camera for 20–30 seconds. Try:
Batch them now. You’ll thank yourself later.
Sticky note? Google Doc? Back of an envelope?
Just jot down a few key things:
It doesn’t need to be fancy. It just needs to exist.
You don’t have to do everything—just something. And doing it now makes space for the busy season ahead.
